USG-231 / Ukrspecsystems
Overview
Ukrspecsystems is a Ukrainian drone maker founded in 2014 that also sells its gyro-stabilised camera gimbals as stand-alone components. In May 2025 it opened UAS Components, an online store for gimbals, antenna trackers, catapults, parachute systems, masts, batteries and software. The USG-231 is a daylight gimbal for fixed-wing drones with a Full HD camera and 30× optical zoom; the company says the camera weighs 590 g plus a 250 g processing block. In February 2026 the company added four AI-based video modes (uniform lighting, shadow enhancement, dusk and anti-fog) to the USG-231 and related gimbals through a firmware update. The company says its drones and camera platforms have flown combat missions since 2014. In February 2026 it began drone production at a new UK plant, part of a GBP 200 million investment announced in 2025.
