Overview
WeTrueGun (legal name VITRUGAN LLC) is a Ukrainian drone company; Militarnyi reported in 2024 that air-defense crews train with its Hupalo target at the WeTrueGun school. Its flagship, GUPALO-N, is a reusable electric flying-wing target. The company says its size, flight profile and signatures let it imitate Shahed-type strike drones, so air-defense crews can train against a realistic threat and new systems can be tested. It is launched by catapult, and a ground station and crew training are offered. The company lists a 2.6 m wingspan, an 85 km/h cruise speed and up to 40 minutes’ endurance. Oboronka reported in May 2025, citing the company, that the complex had been codified and used by the armed forces and mobile air-defense groups for about a year. A petrol version, Hupalo-GT1, reaches up to 200 km/h.
