FRANEK 3.0 / InLab
Overview
InLab (Intelligent Lab) is a Ukrainian maker of electronic-reconnaissance gear that warns troops of incoming drones. The company says it was founded in 2023 after adapting a commercial spectrum analyser for a serviceman, and now designs its own detectors and jammers. Its flagship, FRANEK 3.0, is a 0.4 kg handheld detector that watches the 1.2, 3.3 and 5.8 GHz bands used by analogue FPV video links. It alerts the user by sound, light and an on-screen message, and with an attached monitor it can show the attacking drone’s own camera feed. InLab gives ranges of up to 3.5 km and up to 12 hours of operation. The company says its equipment is used by more than 120 Ukrainian combat units. Defender Media’s April 2026 market review pictures the Franek 3.0 and reports, citing YouControl data, that its maker’s revenue grew 169% from 2024 to 2025.
