ETER / Falcons

Overview

Falcons is a Kyiv defense-technology company founded in 2022 that builds low-cost equipment for environments where GPS is jammed. Its main product, ETER, is a tactical direction finder: it picks up the radio signals of enemy drones, radios, relays and jammers and shows where they come from, so units can locate and strike the source. Falcons says ETER is 30 to 50 times cheaper than comparable NATO systems. The US fund Green Flag Ventures invested in September 2025 to support NATO certification and larger production, following Brave1 grants in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
