VARKHAN / Air3F
Overview
Air3F is a Ukrainian defense-tech company that also makes ground control stations, antennas, masts and radio relays for unmanned systems. Its VARKHAN is a four-wheel-drive electric ground robot for front-line logistics, carrying ammunition, equipment and supplies over mud, sand and snow. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence announced on 5 October 2026 that it had codified VARKHAN and approved it for supply to the armed forces. The company says it is in serial production and already used in combat. Air3F publishes prices on its website, from UAH 729,000 for the analog-radio version to UAH 1.05 million with Starlink and LTE. The design has grown since its presentation in March 2026, when its payload was given as 200 kg; it is now 300 kg. VARKHAN works within Air3F’s own control-station and relay ecosystem.
