UASAT / Stetman
Overview
Stetman is a Ukrainian satellite-communications company that operates the UASAT brand. It supplies satellite terminals and connectivity to military, government and critical-infrastructure users, and in 2025 it took a licence from Sweden’s Requtech to build flat terminals for the OneWeb network. Its larger project is UASAT LEO, a sovereign low-Earth-orbit constellation for Ukraine’s government and armed forces. The plan grew from 300 satellites in March 2026 to 360 in July 2026, with 120 due in 2027 and completion expected in 2030. The first satellite, UASAT-NANO, is scheduled to launch in October 2026 on a SpaceX rocket. In April 2026 Stetman signed a cooperation agreement with the Danish maker GomSpace for a joint venture to produce satellites in Ukraine. Militarnyi reports the constellation will cost more than EUR 1 billion and that funding is not yet secured.
