Phantom / Bravo Dynamics

Overview

Bravo Dynamics is a Ukrainian startup that makes Phantom, a tactical mesh radio system that keeps ground robots and other unmanned platforms under control during heavy jamming. Instead of relying on a repeater carried by a drone, Phantom passes the control and video link across several ground nodes and uses adaptive frequency hopping. Defense Express reported in June 2025 that the first systems sold from autumn 2024 for about USD 25,000, and that Brave1 front-line evaluations led to a redesigned Phantom 1.5. The company’s targets for Phantom 3.0 are up to five nodes per group, up to 80 km of range and a 150 MHz to 1.6 GHz band; these are not yet confirmed as achieved. In June 2026 Militarnyi reported a field test in which a robot kept a continuous link through a forest strip. In February 2026 the company raised USD 90,000 from Sweden’s Hede Capital Partners.
