Occam Ambush / Occam Industries

Overview

Occam Industries is a British-Ukrainian company that writes autonomy software for military drones. It operates in London and Kyiv, with engineering done at a Kyiv R&D centre led by its Ukrainian co-founder. The software runs on a low-cost onboard computer and is added to existing drones without redesign. Occam Ludus is a platform that lets drone makers and units pick autonomy functions for each mission; Occam Ambush, the first product on it, provides autonomous target detection, tracking and guidance. The company says Ambush runs on serial FPV drones with four Ukrainian makers and 12 military units. Occam was tested in Ukraine in January 2026 and has raised €7 million in total: €3 million in February 2026 and €3.8 million in September 2026, the second round led by Denmark’s North Ventures.
