TFL-1 / The Fourth Law
Overview
The Fourth Law is a Kyiv company founded in 2023 that builds autonomy for small drones. Its TFL-1 module fits onto an FPV drone and takes over for the last 500 metres: onboard AI tracks the target and steers the drone into it, so jamming the radio link no longer stops the strike. TFL-1 received NATO codification in September 2025. The company says its products are used by more than 50 military units and integrated by more than 20 drone manufacturers. A funding round backed by US company Axon was announced in February 2026, and at Eurosatory 2026 the company signed a memorandum on joint drone production in Lithuania.
