Narsil / Dwarf Engineering

Overview

Dwarf Engineering develops autonomy software and modules for drones. Narsil is its terminal guidance module for FPV drones. In cruise mode it holds course and altitude using only the camera image; in terminal mode it flies the drone to the point the pilot selected, even if the radio link is jammed or lost. It runs on the company’s KordycepsOS operating system, and the developers say stored data is wiped automatically if the equipment falls into enemy hands. The company says front-line units already use Narsil; in demonstrations in August 2025 the developers reported hits in more than 80% of cases. Tech.eu reported in October 2025 that Dwarf had sold 10,000 licenses, signed agreements with seven factories and won its first international client, in Japan.
