Baton Interceptor / EDRONE
Overview
EDRONE (also styled eDrone) is a Ukrainian drone maker that Militarnyi describes as one of the country’s largest. Its range covers fibre-optic and FPV strike drones, reconnaissance copters, two ground robots and the Baton interceptor line. The company says it has delivered more than 300,000 drones and makes over 20,000 a month. In February 2026 its CEO announced that both Baton interceptors, a copter and a fixed-wing version, had completed codification for Ukraine’s armed forces. According to the company, the Baton copter reaches 300 km/h, carries a 420 g warhead and flies for about 15 minutes with day and thermal cameras; the fixed-wing version flies for up to 42 minutes. In July 2026 EDRONE and Romania’s OVES Enterprise announced plans for joint drone production in Romania. The company says it also makes its own frames, motors and boards to replace Chinese parts.
