AURA AI / DoD Solution
Overview
DoD Solution is an Estonian-Ukrainian company, founded in 2023, that builds onboard computers and AI autonomy for unmanned systems. Its AURA AI platform combines the AURA SBC computer with the AURA OS software stack to handle navigation, perception, target recognition and tracking, and terminal guidance when GPS or communications are lost. It is designed for FPV drones, interceptors and fixed-wing aircraft. In September 2026 the company agreed with the German-Ukrainian maker United Unmanned Systems, which has delivered more than 10,000 strike drones, to fit AURA AI to more of its drone lines after successful joint tests, and it signed a counter-drone memorandum with Estonia’s Defsecintel. It is also working with Axelera AI on a faster onboard computer for interceptors. In autumn 2026 it raised $2.1 million; Canada’s Draganfly joined the round as a strategic investor, and its CEO joined DoD Solution’s board.
