Osavul Platform / Osavul
Overview
Osavul builds AI software that spots hostile information campaigns and other hybrid threats early. It was founded in Kyiv in 2022 and first tracked Russian disinformation for Ukrainian security bodies. The platform has three modules: Nebula collects and searches data from messaging apps, underground communities and emerging platforms; Echo measures narratives and public sentiment; and Janus models risks to an organisation’s people, sites and suppliers. The company says more than 50 organisations in over 10 countries use it, including government and defense bodies in the UK, Germany, Poland and the US, and that it is one of the technology partners delivering NATO’s Information Environment Assessment capability. On 1 October 2026 it announced an €8.5 million Series A led by 33N Ventures. It is now headquartered in Luxembourg.
