Overview

LifesaverSIM is a mobile training game that teaches battlefield first aid. Users treat virtual casualties in missions built on the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and MARCH protocols and then get an after-action review; instructors can manage groups and track results. The company says it works offline on phones and tablets. It was built by a team in Lviv, and the company describes itself as Ukrainian-Estonian. On 4 February 2026 Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence announced its integration into the Army+ app, where it is the first product in the new learning section; the developer reports 130,000 registered users. It launched in Estonia in August 2025 and, the company says, became available in the other Nordic and Baltic countries that September. LifesaverSIM exhibited at DSEI Japan 2025.
