Khyzhak REBOFF / 3DTech
Overview
3DTech is a Ukrainian maker of FPV attack drones and fibre-optic spools; the company says it was started in spring 2023 by a wounded former soldier. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence said in May 2025 that 3DTech was the first Ukrainian developer to complete codification of a fibre-optic drone line, called Khyzhak REBOFF (Predator REBOFF in English reports). The drones are steered through an optical-fibre cable, so radio jammers cannot break the link. The ministry listed five models with 10–20 km spools, payloads up to 2.2 kg and flight altitudes up to 500 m; the spools can also convert other makers’ 10- and 13-inch drones. In August 2026 Militarnyi reported 3DTech’s Hydra ground station, which connects up to five REBOFF drones at once and uses an AI processor for target detection.
