Bulava / Deviro
Overview
Deviro (also written DeViRo) has built military drones since 2014 and is best known for the Leleka-100 reconnaissance drone, adopted by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence in 2021. Bulava (“mace”) is its fixed-wing mid-range strike drone, designed to work with Leleka: the scout finds the target and the munition hits it. The company lists a 3.6 kg warhead, an 80 km combat radius and up to 50 minutes of flight, with day and thermal cameras and GPS-free operation. The Defender reported in June 2026 that individual crews first used Bulava in 2024. An upgraded M2V with a 5 kg warhead was shown at Eurosatory in June 2026 and is in beta testing. Deviro’s co-owners also founded U&C UAS, a Czech company that builds reconnaissance and strike drones and holds a contract with the US Army in Europe.
