Heavy Shot / Gurzuf Defence
Overview
Gurzuf Defence is a Ukrainian maker of heavy multicopters. Its flagship, Heavy Shot, is a large electric bomber drone that carries and drops munitions; the company also lists reconnaissance, mine-laying and logistics roles. On its product page the company gives a payload of 10–30 kg depending on configuration, a range of up to 25 km, anti-jamming satellite navigation and day and thermal cameras. It says the airframe resists moisture, dust and electronic warfare. In October 2023 Militarnyi reported that Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation had announced the delivery of 206 Heavy Shot drones to troops. In March 2026 Oboronka reported that the Dutch Ministry of Defence had ordered 1,400 Heavy Shot drones for Ukraine, with Gurzuf as production partner and software from the Dutch firm Intelic integrated into the platform.
