Harpoon / NOAH X
Overview
NOAH X is a Lviv engineering and manufacturing company that builds unmanned surface vessels. Its first product, Harpoon, was presented at the DIH Naval Forge naval-drone conference in Kyiv in June 2026. Harpoon is a small strike boat about 2 m long and 100 kg, with a 30 kg payload and waterjet propulsion, that can wait on station for up to 48 hours before it is sent to a target. It uses three parallel communication channels; the company lists Starlink, fibre-optic and LTE links and a thermal camera, and its control system comes from Ukrainian company DevDroid. A cargo hull for supplies and a sonar version for seabed mapping are also offered. The company says Harpoon has struck Russian targets during combat testing and is going through official codification; these claims are unconfirmed.
